Hi I downloaded secure eraser yesterday, the tried to erase two folders, I then restarded my computer and nothing had changed? Is there something I am missing??

Hello,
what about these folders? Secure Eraser just can erase/delete folders which are accessible and not protected by the system.

they were just a documents folder and a downloads folder, how do you mean protected by the system?

Hello,
it might be that the folders are blocked, for example by your antivirus software or by the system itself.
