I have set up Syncredible to sync my user files (C:/Users/T00LMAN and all subfolders) to my NAS (//MyCloud/T00LMAN).  unfortunately, whenever I try to sync I get a warning that //MyCloud/T00LMAN could not be created.  What have I done wrong? I used the wizard to set up this sync and it found my NAS folder easily.  Any suggestion to fix this issue would be appreciated

Correct foldernames would be:

 

C;\Users\T00LMAN\

 

and

 

\\MyCloud\T00LMAN\

I apologize my post was written incorrectly. I am using C:\Users\T00LMAN and \\MyCloud\T00LMAN and keep getting the warning "Can't create \\MyCloud\T00LMAN. My T00LMAN folder has a password on MyCloud. Do I have supply the password? If so how? I'm really confused about this error. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you completely terminate Synchredible and start it using the desktop icon, does it work then?

If yes: we are working on this network issue currently.
