We purchased the Add-On Exclusive Files to use with Synchredible as a way to sync our Outlook files. We have been EXTREMELY pleased with Synchredible in general (thank you so much for such a wonderful program!) and the Add-On fulfilled our needs as well. However, shortly after downloading the Add-On,  we started experiencing BSOD crashes on our brand-new Acer PC running Windows 10 that led to the complete disablement of our system and many hours of frustration. A tech pro used the dump files and a driver verifier to trace the problem to the FAMv4.sys driver, which happens to be used by Add-On Exclusive Files. (I am not sure if we are running other programs that also use it.) He told us to delete the driver and to download the latest version.

Our problem is that we cannot find any way to update this driver online from the company it is said to be issued by. We would love to continue using the Add-On but can't if it causes the instability of our system. Do you know if it is possible to update the driver?

Thank you so much for any help you can give!

Dear Sir,

do you use the latest version of ExclusiveFiles (which is 4.5.1)? We released it about three weeks ago and this is the only version working properly with Windows 10.

Okay, this should already be the Windows 10 compatible version. I will contact the developer and ask for a bugfix, but I can't promise anything.
